The Red Room, the theatre production company that promotes human rights and challenges social injustices has launched ‘The Oikos Project’- Oikos being the ancient Greek word for house and the root word for economy and ecology. These ideas have combined to form the creation of a fully sustainable theatre, dubbed ‘The Jellyfish Theatre’.

Product and furniture designer Thorsten van Elten shows us around the historicaly bohemian areas of Fitzrovia & Bloomsbury, as found in the LONDON DESIGN GUIDE (the book) walking tour. Once renowned for its famous writer inhabitants, the area is now home to a variety of quirky shops, pubs and hidden cobbled streets – all of which are dominated by the looming BT Tower.
