Creative agency YCN has collaborated with Jiggery Pokery on a Christmas shop comprising specially commissioned festive items from a diverse group of illustrators, graphic designers, and product designers. The name of the event is My Two Front Teeth.
MY TWO FRONT TEETH, open 1st-24th December 2009
YCN.72 RIVINGTON STREET
72 Rivington Street, London EC2A 3AY (020 7033 2140)

Above: Matthew Dent has created a collection of colourful puzzles using his illustrations.

Above: Dominic Wilcox has patiently covered walking canes in multi-coloured thread – each one taking a whopping 15 hours to complete! Watch the video here.

Above: Studio Yra, a collaboration between Lina Meier and Sara Keranen-Gramner, have created these candlesticks in birch plywood. The design is based on Dada type and all the letters are made in different styles and can be used in different ways – standing, lying flat, upside down, and with both taper candles and tea lights.

Above: The highlight has to be the one-off, individually illustrated Christmas cards, which have been worked on by graphic designers and illustrators from across the world. There are hundreds to choose from and they only cost £4. Check out examples here.

There are plenty of other interventions and surprises in the shop, contributed by the likes of Mother, SHOWstudio, Valero Doval, Saskia Pomeroy, Donna Wilson, SCP, and Johnny Kelly amongst many others.
